Before You Create Your Tumbler
We’re so excited to create something special for you! Please read the following information before placing your order.
Handmade Processing Time
Each tumbler is carefully handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for us to create, inspect and prepare your order for shipping.
Once your order is ready and shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.
How to Build Your Tumbler

- 2Select your favorite wrap.
- 3Add a decorated lid, if desired. Not available for the 10 oz tumbler.
- 4Carefully review your selections before checkout.

Please confirm that you selected the correct tumbler, wrap and lid before completing your purchase.
Once production begins, order selections cannot be changed, replaced or substituted.
Handmade With Care
Every tumbler is created by hand. Small variations or minor differences may naturally occur and make every creation unique. These handmade variations are not considered defects.
Snow Globe Care & Shipping
A small air bubble is necessary in snow globe tumblers to help prevent pressure buildup during shipping. This is completely normal and helps keep your tumbler safe.
When your tumbler arrives, give it a good shake! The glitter may settle during transit—this is completely normal and part of the snow globe fun.
Returns & Order Issues
Because our tumblers are handmade to order, all sales are final. Handmade-to-order tumblers cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive something different from what you selected, please contact us promptly through our contact form so we can help make it right.
