Ordering a custom snow globe tumbler during a Toris Made live is simple. Follow the three steps below before checkout so we know exactly which cup, wrap and optional lid belong together.
Step 1: Choose your tumbler
Start in the Choose Your Tumbler collection. Select the size and style you want, then add it to your cart. This must always be the first step.
Step 2: Choose your wrap
Select a design from the wrap collection and add it separately. If you want to choose the design with us during an eligible live, add the Choose Your Wrap Live item instead.
The same Toris Made wrap size works with every tumbler currently offered in the shop.
Step 3: Add a decorated lid if desired
A decorated lid is optional and sold separately. Add one Decorated Lid Add-On for each compatible tumbler you want decorated. The 10 oz tumbler lid cannot be decorated.
Review your cart before checkout
Make sure the cart contains your tumbler, your wrap or live-wrap option and any optional decorated lid. Review quantities and selections carefully because changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
When is my live order confirmed?
Your place in the live production line is secured after checkout is completed. Keep your order confirmation available so the order can be matched correctly during the live.
Production and shipping time
Each tumbler is handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production, inspection and preparation. After the order is ready, standard shipping generally takes approximately 3–5 business days within the United States.
When your tumbler arrives
A small air bubble is intentionally left inside to help accommodate shipping pressure. Glitter may settle in transit, so gently shake, turn or swirl the cup to help it move again.
