Processing and shipping
Please allow 5–10 business days for your handmade order to be created, inspected and prepared. After it is ready, standard shipping generally takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Snow globe care
A small air bubble is intentionally left inside to help accommodate pressure during shipping. Glitter may settle in transit; gently shake, turn or swirl your tumbler when it arrives. Hand wash only. Do not microwave, place in a dishwasher or soak. Use with cold or room-temperature beverages and avoid extreme heat or prolonged direct sunlight.
Small handmade variations in glitter flow, wrap alignment and finish are normal and make every Toris Made cup unique.
